BRIAN P. WORSDALE
Brian Worsdale is a seasoned music educator, conductor, and arts administrator. Outside of the Classic Band Festival, he has been Artistic Director and Head of Music at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts since 2004, where he was also a camper and music counselor. Worsdale currently leads the Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestra of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as Music Director and teaches at Duquesne University as adjunct faculty.

He has studied with some of the most accomplished musicians and educators in the country. Worsdale was a pupil of David Finlayson (Trombonist, New York Philharmonic), the late Jonathan Strasser (Conductor, Manhattan School of Music), Larry Livingston (Conducting Chair, University of Southern California), and Anthony Maiello (Conducting Professor, George Mason University).

A proud native of Brooklyn, New York, Worsdale now lives full-time in Pittsburgh.
