Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2027, The French Woods Classic Band Festival was established as a way to provide adult musicians, many of whom pursued careers outside of the arts, the opportunity to make music together in a growing array of ensembles. Over the course of five days, dozens of musicians gather each year in early September for a highly intensive program of rehearsals, culminating in performances throughout the Upper Delaware River Valley.
